iPhone 14 Pro iPhone 14 Pro ( 48mp camera ) vr Ricoh GR or similar? any RAW file example?

I was going to get an everyday camera, I actually have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and don't really feel I need an upgrade except for cameras, I'm a amateur photographer and watching some review I can't really understand if RAW file can compete with something like a Ricoh GR

I can't find any RAW ample file to download
