iPhone 14 pro max camera lens replacement

Hi there, is it possible to replace the glass around the cameras? Or do I need to replace the whole back of the phone?

Here is the picture how it looks. Green color represents the crack. Cameras itself are fines. It's just visual issue but I would like to get it replaced if that's possible. Unless I need to change the whole back, then I would get used to it :X

That is part of the whole rear glass assembly.. You'd have to replace the entire rear glass to repair it
