iPhone 14 Pro Max often freezes with 16.1

Hello everybody,

since the 16.1 update I am facing freezes of apps such a Files, Outlook, Safari and / or Mail. First it is one app (very often when the Signal ist not too good) and it does not help to swipe the app up to close it. On reopening the app it is still in the freeze state.
Only thing that helps is to force reboot the whole iPhone.
Is this a common problem?

I have just updated to 16.1.1
We‘ll see if this improves the situation.

Just had the next freeze. Tried to add a CalDAV calendar and the settings app crashed. Tried again, it worked. Then I opened Safari, couldn’t open a webpage. Tried to force close Safari, opened it again only white page, Safari frozen.
Had to reboot the iPhone.

It’s just no fun anymore using the iPhone. :-(
