Tried Apple support who give me stock steps to try but wondered if anyone could help.

1) After drained battery, iPhone will charge to 35% in 30 minutes (far short of fast charge stats)
2) I am using official 20W Apple charger and official USB-C to lightening cable
3) I turn off 'Optimised Battery Charging' when testing speed
4) I turn off App refresh when testing speed
5) Battery Health is 99%
6) I have restored iPhone and tested as a new phone (no backup)

I suspect this might stump most people but there is one thing I read which someone may be able to clarify. Apparently, if you use a charger who wattage is below that of the phone, it will revert to standard charging. My iPhone is 27W and the charger is 20W. I have ordered a 30W to test if this is the case but as always, people on here are usually far more knowledgeable than Apple support.

Thanks for any guidance :)
