The photo image quality gap between HEIF & ProRAW seems to have increased substantially this year with the iPhone 14 Pro's new 48mp wide sensor allowing a ton more detail in ProRAW vs the iPhone 13 Pro in ProRAW while the HEIF files appear to look roughly the same. Has the gap between 4k & 4k ProRes video similarly increased such that there's more potential image quality upside from shooting ProRAW on the 14 Pro?

Also, how do the ProRes codecs compare to each other? Is it worth the roughly 2x datarate increase to use ProRes 422 HQ over ProRes 422 LT for example?
