Hello - I have the 14 pro and i think it's an amazing phone. Great screen, camera, eveything BUT it's soooooo heavy. To the point my fingers sometimes hurt (please don't tell me i need to do weights. If my hand hurts, it hurts, i'm a woman in my 40s, these are my hands).

I knew there were rumours about the 15 pro being titanium and had a refurbished 13 pro, thinking I'd upgrade. I actually didn't have issues with the 13 pro weight, but it got stolen and was replaced with a 14 pro. and I find it hard to justify going to the 15 pro now. I went to the apple store and definately noticed a difference, which everyone notes. But i didn't notice any other differences really (none I care about at least) other than the weight.

the straight edges on the 14 pro also make a difference and the rounded edges feel better. With a case though the straight edges are gone.

So my question is...for those upgrading from a 13 pro or 14 pro to a 15 pro, and use a case, do you notice a big difference in the feel and weight of the phone, EVEN WITH A CASE?

Yes. Will you consider it a worthwhile upgrade? Only you can decide but Apple has a generous returns policy.
 
Yes, but mostly what people feel is how light it is when you twist the phone around from your wrist. The moment of inertia is much further centered, so it is easier to turn. If you pick it up just by your arm, it is much harder to tell.

I got a couple cases to try, and honestly the difference between a moderately thick drop proof case, and an ultra thin one is more than the difference between the 14 Pro Max and 15 Pro Max, relative to the size. But both the 15 Pro Max always feels lighter.
