iPhone 14/Plus iPhone 14 Techie question: Any hardware improvements for 5G, frequencies or MIMO ?

Does anyone have info from Apple on the 5G changes (if any) on the iPhone 14 series ?

Any techy info on additional frequencies or channels, split band duplexing, or MIMO improvements ?

Reason: My current 12 Pro (first 5G phone), is lackluster when it comes to 5G (UW for TMO).

OTOH my work Xs Max on 4G LTE is awesome - works everywhere and more reliable if not faster than my achingly slow 5G.

In in all likelihood, iPhone 14 uses Qualcomm X65 similar to Galaxy S22. This allows aggregating more 5G frequencies meaning higher speed.
