Very light usage camera person here so just wondering how the two compare?

The iPhone 15 meets most of my camera needs. The only thing I noticed is I can't zoom in very well for pictures but that's what the pro models are for.

Not sure if they've made any small changes to the sensor size (pixel pitch) or the lens aperture but otherwise the main camera should be very similar as they are both 48MP sensors and provide you with your 1x and 2x options (2x being a digital crop in).
You will miss out on the 15's Wide camera for your 0.5x and Macro shooting.

I wasn’t sure whether to upgrade my iPhone 15 Pro Max to the Air or not. I love the smaller lighter form factor of the Air. So this morning in the Apple Store I decided to do a tie breaker test.

I took a selfie with my 15PM and the Air front camera. The selfie on the Air Looked so much better. I instantly traded in my 15PM.
