iPhone 15: Cannot Install Second ESim

Mexico City living in Berlin
I was able to install the SIM card from my local provider in Germany just fine (Phone was bought at the Apple Store and phone locks aren’t a thing here anyway) but I just bought a E-Sim for my Trip to Israel and I am getting „cannot be installed“ errors while my cousin was able to install hers on iPhone 14 just fine 😑
