iPhone 15 PM: free space difference between information and free space section

Hi guys,
Why free space information is not the same in these sections? Sorry, I don't know how they are called in english version:

If I restart iPhone, the space tends to be similar. Also, sometimes iCloud dissapears and more free space is added and then it appears again.
