IPhone 15 pro max hide camera notification green dot and record background video

Hi, is there a way to tweak IPhone 15 pro max:
  1. Hide green dot while camera is active
  2. Enable camera record when app is not active or phone is locked
From understanding Cydia make it possible, but I am not sure about will it work especially on this model
