iPhone 15 pro max - Transferring files

Hi all.

Since the iPhone 15 pro max has fast USB-C transfer rate. I was wondering if theres a way to treat it as an external hard drive.

Also why is it so slow in backing up the iPhone 15 pro? I would assume its faster on USB-C.

You won’t get faster data transfer speeds during Mac backup without using the expensive thunderbolt cable.
