Does anyone know if the USB-C cables that come included in the box of the 15 Pro and Pro Max support the 29W fast charging that these phones supposedly can fast charge to?

The cable in the box supports fast charging but not fast data speeds. It's limited to USB2 480Mbps throughput. Tight Apple or what?
What exactly do you need faster data speeds? Is that just transferring data from a iPhone to Mac? Just curious bc I bought that $75 one and I think ima return. I never plug in my phone to my Mac

If you have a MacBook Pro you could always plug the cable into that power adaptor which is capable of 87 watts and see if there is any increase in phone charge speed.

As already said the included Cable support 60w.
USB-C Specification is minimum 60W (3A/20V). That is the minimum requirement. And these can or can not have an eMarker Chip. All USB-C Cables with 100w (5A/20V) are required to have an eMarker Chip. Also 100w cables can only have USB 2.0 Standard with slow Data Transfer Speed of 480Mbps.
