iphone 15PM and what usb-c cable for 10gbit?

OK so I know it comes with a std usb-c cable at the slow usb 2.0 speed. but if I want to transfer pictures/video or do a back, which version of the USB-C cable do I need? Any brand Thunderbolt 3 or 4? Or did Apple add a chip that you have to use their cable?
