I woke up this morning to a black screen. I had set the 15Pro to update overnight to 17.0.3. The Alarm was ringing but screen remained black despite holding start button for a period of time, placing on charger for awhile, et. Finally did a hard reset, volume up, down, start button (took much longer than usual holding it down before apple reappeared). This has never happened to me before. The phone was literally hot to the touch yesterday after charging....almost to the point of not being able to hold it. Software glitch? Any ideas why this happened? Thanks!
