I have ear damage and am sensitive to loud noises and higher pitched sounds. I can talk on my speaker phone no problem in a quiet environment but the minute I start driving and the ambient noise level goes up the speakerphone output starts getting modified to be louder with more high frequency content, presumably to overcome the ambient noise level but I want to disable this feature. My iphone 11 Pro did not do this. All online advice so far includes menus I don't have. Thanks.
