Anyone else having problems with the Visual intelligence feature? First, I have to double click the capture button to launch the camera and then if I long press, it starts video recording, not the visual intel feature. Just wondering how widespread this problem is with the 16 line.

What you describe is expected behavior; you're just attempting to invoke Visual Intelligence incorrectly.

A single or double-click (depending on how it's configured in Camera Settings) opens the camera app.
When the camera app is open, a single click will take a picture; a long press will record video.

To use Visual Intelligence, just long-press the camera control button while on the Lock Screen or the Home Screen. You don't want the camera app open (or any other app that supports the Camera Control button), as that will override the long-press action.
