iPhone 17 Pro (Beta) - Unable to summarize message

I've had this error since last week. I've tried turning off Apple Intelligence for over and hour and then turning it back on. Also made sure I'm not connected to a VPN. As far as I know these are the steps to resolving this problem.

Anyone else have this? Are there any other solutions?

Given that there is no iPhone 19 Pro, what phone do you actually have and what operating system are you using?
 
Sorry, slip of the fingers there. 17 Pro running latest Dev Beta of iOS26 (23A345).

ok, just to clarify that's not a beta, that is the public release for the iPhone 17 phones.
 
Ok, I guess I'm on that then. I just know I'm in the Beta program, and I know on occasion the streams do cross.
