I was experiencing random re-springs. Reached out to support and they scheduled me a service appointment after failed diagnostics. Provided a snippet of the fail.

I’d go for a straight replacement. Not a service of a new phone.

Yeah that’s what they’re doing. Something with the logic board. It’s not failing the diagnostic test, but shows something’s going on.

Performed a revive on it and no changes. Have to wait a week for inventory replenishment.
