With 2.0, is anyone else having the "problem" that the colors of the calendars set in iCal on the Mac and the colors for the corresponding Calendars appearing in the 2.0 Calendar software aren't the same?

Any thoughts? Does anyone else find this annoying?

No subscribed calenders

I hadn't noticed the color change. My biggest problem is the calendars I have subscribed to in iCal don't sync to my iPhone via push. According to the Apple support web site "more information on this is coming at a later date".

Indeed, I can see how that would be a problem.

I'm just very annoyed that the calendar that is BLUE on my Mac is NOT blue on my iPhone!

Yeah you need to change the colours in ical press the i button bottom left then click on calender on pop out box 2 arrows up and down

I don't even know what you are talking about.

The problem is with the iPhone software NOT iCal... I want the colors I have set and know in iCal to match the synced calendars on the iPhone.

yeah but you can change the colours in I Cal like i said but not on your phone just match them up i did it this am

I noticed this right after I noticed that everything i had entered on my iPhone in my calendar was somehow broken up among the various categories they offered. I don't really use iCal @ home these days, it's all on my phone.

Now there are birthdays under "home" and "birthdays". I'd like to be able to edit somehow on my phone and move it from whatever calendar the software thought it should be under, though it looks like I may have to either erase those events and re-input or deal with it.

It is minor, but it's still annoying.

its all done on in I Cal as above takes 1 min

You still shouldn't have "accommodate the iPhone".

I talked with a Genius at an Apple Store today and he said they hadn't even had enough time to play around with 2.0 to know what its short-comings were.

Hopefully 2.0.1 or something will give us more flexibility with Calendar colors.
