I don't know...that might be Mobile Me on iPhone....I hope the native iPhone has it.

Yes, it has been there since beta 4, I believe?

Events created on the iPhone will have the same color, though (unless they changed that), which is specified in either iTunes or the iPhone settings (can't remember which).

Thank gawd man. The iPhone Calander App just seems unfinished without this feature. Another "should have been there on day 1 feature" that is thankfully being added.

yes it does but the colors do not sync through

eg. on the beta. i have work calendar in blue and university in orange

on the iphone it was green for work and blue for university

gets confusing if you rely on the colours as lot.

maybe a way to change it that i missed...
