iPhone 2.1 (2G) not starting Please Help

Please help me, my iPhone 2.1 (2G) is not starting, I have tried with quickpwn but it comes to:

BootNeuter 2.1 says: "your settings already match current settings. No need to flash.."

The problem: when I start iPhone, I only see the apple icon, nothing else happens.

Please help me, please!
