iPhone 2.2 firmware (Unlock) to 3.0 Apple - any issues?

On 3G phone, i unlocked & jailbreaked on firmware 2.2.

I want to upgrade with Apple 3.0 OS today? Do you see any issues if I upgrade from iTunes?

I unlocked baseband and I assume that with 3.0 upgrade, I am going to lost that capability. Do i ever can dream unlocking baseband to 3.0 level?
