Hello, I just bought a iphone 2g from ebay. I would like to unlock it, I would like to use it with t mobile. I have looked around to figure out how to do this and I think I have it down except for 1 problem. I can't get past the activation screen on iTunes...

It has the latest firmware.

when you turn it on, it wants you to connect it to iTunes then once you do you have to activate it with AT&T. I do not have that so how do I get past this so I can Unlock it to use with T mobile. Any advise would be great. Thanks!

You need to jailbreak then unlock it. I recommend using redsn0w to jailbreak as I believe it will unlock a 2G. Otherwise, Pwnage will jailbreak and unlock your 2G.
