Hey guys so I've jailbroken 3.0 on my 2g and it works but i used a Mac to do it.... So then now when i plug my iPhone into my PC to sync to my library nothing comes up like notification.. It keeps trying to install device driver software and then it finishes saying that it installed successfully and then it just keeps going..... Any help guys? BTW the PC is on Windows 7

I'm successfully using Windows 7 on two different machines, but you have a lot more "other things" than I do, i.e., jailbreak on a Mac.
Are you using a Windows administrator account and have iTunes 8.2 installed? At the very least when the drivers are installed you will be prompted on what to do when you plug in (unless you've already set a defalt which you can check).
Is your Windows part of a domain that set a group policy to not allow device drivers to load? What build of Windows 7? I'm on the RC (7100).
