Hi,
I'm still using my trusty old iphone 2g version 3.0 and up to now I've had my e-mail set up as pop3. I want to change it to imap, but I don't want to lose all the e-mails I have in the 'sent' folder.

I thought there might be a nice easy way of just going into the settings and changing pop to imap; but that doesn't appear to be an option. So I set up another account on my phone with the same details just making it use imap; and I was hoping I could move my messages between the accounts (from the pop sent to the imap sent) but the phone allows me to only move the e-mails within one of the accounts.

The reason I'm doing this is because I'd like to use imap to have a copy of all the e-mails I send from now on online; but I don't want to lose all my old e-mails.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I could achieve what I'm trying to do? Or possibly moving the 'sent' emails from the phone to my Mac?

Thanks for the help
