Iphone 2g in landscape mode?

Hi, I wanted to know if it's possible to connect to wireless networks and insert the passwords in landscape mode.
Unfortunately 1/4 of my iphone 2g touch screen (left side) does not work, so I cannot input the password of the wireless network.
Is there any application, or hack I can use to fix this?
