Iphone 2G problem

Ok so i have an iphone 2g 3.1.3. and i jailbroke with spirit then i tried to unlock through cydia adding ultrasn0w as a source but when I did it installed the source and now my iphone is having endless reboots.. how do I fix at one point i had white screen of death. but then it went straight to rebooting... I TRIED RESTORING BUT DIDNT WORK GOT ERROR 2005 i guess i have the apple logo screen of death...

First why are you using Spirit? Do you even know what it is?

Edit: You really should read about jailbreaking before you do it. Redsn0w is what you need. Read the tutorials and see thelatinist's thread on jailbreaking made easy.

You can't jailbreak an iPhone 2G using ultrasn0w. You need to download BootNeuter from Cydia and use that to unlock your phone.

A better solution would have been to use redsn0w to both jailbreak and unlock in one step. But since you're already jailbroken, BootNeuter should work.

Spirit is for fixing phones that had a tethered jailbreak. These were the 3GS's. Your phone doesn't need Spirit. Hopefully, you understand that.

Use DFU mode to get your phone back to normal.

Then jailbreak and unlock with redsn0w:

Untethered and tethered JB's have to do with the 3GS models not the 2G. Also Ultrasnow is only for 3G and 3GS models not your type of iphone again.
Just follow the tutorial that Aggie posted above.

If you're stuck on a bootloop just DFU restore your iphone thru itunes and then JB and unlock.

Untethered and tethered JB's have to do with the 3GS models not the 2G. Also Ultrasnow is only for 3G and 3GS models not your type of iphone again.

Try a different USB port or another computer.

Error Code (2005)

This seems to be a code indicating poor USB connection.
I also suggest to use a different USB port. Preferrably "On Board".
