iPhone 3.0 features?

Hi, everyone. I know that the new iPhone 3.0 software update has several new features such as the voice control, and cut & paste, but does it also have the video recorder like the iPhone 3GS has?

Voice control is only on the 3GS, as are video recording and battery percentage.

It also doesn't have the accessibility settings that the 3gs has.

Jailbreaking is your only option if the 3gs is not an option.
