Looks like a regular chrome bezelled iphone to me.....

Yeah, but it seems to me that the bezel is less reflective and more matte... Like I said, it's highly improbable that it's anything significant but it did seem a bit odd looking... Also, there's no home button on it.

It looks definitely like an iPhone 3G and definitely NOT the "leaked" images you've shown...

Just making sure, this is the photo we're looking at...

Plus the Gizmodo link you described as leaked is nothing more than a mockup. Especially since the title says "The most probable evolution". :)

That's the icon for the iPhone Simulator, part of the XCode development tools. I have that application sat in my Dock along with XCode and the icons haven't changed since they've been there.

:apple:

Ah, good to know!

Thanks!! :)

Hmm... You're probably right. Heh, now this entire thread seems kinda pointless... oh well

I thought that from the moment I read the first post.

Now, onto the new iPhone design Gizmodo put out: It sucks. Thinner isn't better. We're supposed to carry these everywhere we go without a significant fear of it breaking every time we sit down or bump into someone or drop it. I could snap that new design in half with one hand.

to the OP

i assume your house has an entry point system, commonly known as a 'door'. i suggest you use said device more regularly than you currently do.....

i feel like if that was the new iphone, it would be running the beta of the 3.0 software.
if you look closely, the cool little lines on the new iPod, Phone and Messages apps are not on the icons in this image.
also it uses the old messages and stocks icons.
fake.
