iPhone 3.0 with Cydia Apps

Hello all,

I have read that two of the applications I need for jailbroken device works fine, PdaNet and TrickerThreeG on iPhone 3.0.

Now before I jailbreak and unlock (I am currently on 2.2.1 running yellowsn0w), I would like to know if Siphon from Cydia works. Can anyone confirm this for me?
