iPhone 3, component cables and netflix

A friend who has an iPhone 3 just bought the component cables to hook up to her tv. When she uses youtube, it works fine. When she tries netflix, she only gets audio on her tv, not video. Does anyone have any ideas to fix this problem?

2. No its not and nothing from Cydia.
