Iphone 3G & 2008 Honda w/Navi (import contacts) help

Has anyone imported the contacts from the Iphone to the Navigation.... I could use some incite on how to get this done...
I also have saved my contacts to Outlook and have a bluetooth adapter for my laptop...
I'm hoping that I don't have to do this one at a time...
