Iphone 3g 3.1.2 Problems

I got an unlocked iphone 3g with the system 3.1.2 but theres no jailbreak. I don't know how they unlocked it, i bought it unlocked. I want to put a jailbreak to install cydia but it doesnt work. I want to install it or just other cracks to instal cracked apps.

What should i do?
