iPhone 3g 3.1.3 6.15 baseband stuck on emergency screen

Hi i have an
Iphone 3g
fw 3.1.3
baseband 6.15
bootloader 6.4
STUCK ON"SLIDE FOR EMERGENCY SCREEN"
cant access menu..or anything..do I need AT&T sim to jailbreak and unlock..Cant i do it without that??Do help

How did you get to where you are now?

You don't need an At&t sim, as you can hackitivate..although you prob don't want to as it is known to cause battery issues.
