iPhone 3g 3.1.3It keeps saying in cydia failed to fetch to all of my sources pls help

I have a iphone 3g 3.1.3 and i just jailbroke and it keeps saying failed to fetch but when i go into cydia with my iphone 4 it works so i know its not cydia and when i go to sources packages or even sections it shows nothing PLS HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i tried all of the delete the mettadatal.list and all of that and it still doesnt WORK please help O YA I HAVE NO EXTRA ADDED SOURCES OR ANY PACKAGES IT JUST STARTED RIGHT AFTER JAILBREAK I EVEN RESTORED 5-7 TIMES HOPING IT WOULD HELP BUT IT DOESNT i neeed to use ultrasn0w 1.2.3 to unlock PLEASE HELP PLEASE CONTACT ME AT pavan97_dhillon@hotmail.com no spaces or capitals pls help
