What Email method is used to get the EXIF (camera info and geo tag) info to flickr?

first, you need firmware 2.1 (earlier version are broken)
from your cameral roll just choose to email it, send it to your personal flickr posting address and that's it.

Make sure that location services are on when taking pictures.
