It's a shame I can't run iBooks on my 3G any more. I use it a lot, and it is supposed to allow me to synchronise my reading materials "across all devices".

Anyone else having the same problem?

Synchronizing across all devices is only supported by devices that have iCloud available. As the iPhone 3G latest firmware is 4.2.1, that feature will not be available.

Shame. It worked before I upgraded iBooks for iOS6 I think.

Kindle is not working either.

Very annoying.

Now my 3G is even more useless.

Ah well. It lasted 4 years.
