my girlfriend's 3G fell on the toilet a couple weeks ago, we have been trying to dry it in rice for several days, today I left it in a container with rice, wrapped it on a black shirt and left it in my car. I connect the iphone to the power cord, the apple logo comes on, it is very light, almost impossible to see, after a couple of minutes it fades. If I push the on and home buttons the lcd screen turns dark, logo dissapears and thats it. Is there anything that can be done, is the battery dead? is the circuity fried? is the LCD screen dead? if the apple logo is showing(although is fading) does this mean something is still working?
any assistance will be appreciated.
