Iphone 3G back Cover

Hi guys!

I am new here, this is a great forum...

One question, i damaged my back cover on the 3G, saw i could buy replacements on Ebay. There is some guides etc available, but it looks complicated.

Did anyone do this, is the phone the same afterwards? (Niceley in tact etc)

I am just scared i mess the device up if i replace it!

i suggest to let a professional do it. i wouldn't risk doing it. But then again, i don't have an iphone 3G or 3GS....
