Hi,

I have a fairly new iPhone 3G (3 weeks old) because my old one was replaced under AppleCare. I have a minor annoyance today because the battery meter seems to be stuck at full charge. I first noticed it yesterday that the battery meter was at about 1/4 full for a long time. I charged it overnight, and the battery meter did not change. I power-cycled it, and the meter moved to the full charge. I used for last 4 hours, and it did not move.

One change I made to the iphone was to upgrade it to iOS 4 on Monday. Does anyone have the same issue?

Best, don

My 2G has been doing this for awhile. Some days it will simply show 100% all day. No rhyme or reason for it. Don't know what to tell you.

Also interrestingly, my 2G was jailbroken at one point and i had the battery percentage. When I transferred everything over to my i4, there was the battery % meter and now I can't turn it off with the settings toggle.
