I have an iPhone 3G that has a rattle (something broken inside?). I live in London and would like to get this repaired while the phone is still under warranty (6 weeks....).

I have been unable to get any assistance from Apple with regards to where I should send this, as I understand it must be shipped to NZ.

Has anyone else had to get an iPhone warranty repair in NZ via post/courier? If so, do you have any contact details for Apple NZ (not an 0800 number!!)?

The phone is pretty clean, no dings or big scratches so I am presuming Apple will be cool with fixing this under warranty as the phone has never had any hard use/falls etc....
