So today I was pointing out to my sister that Apple gave me an iPhone with 2 small scratches on the screen. She reminded me of how the Apple representative said something about "being used". I was just wondering, would Apple actually completely shrink wrap the phone again, put in new accessories, and then sell it again? Mine had everything my sisters did, besides a flawless screen. And now, it's to late to return it. So, do you think it was actually used? And it wasn't in a refurb box, and it's black.

Well if they said it was used, then it is likely that it is infact just reboxed.

But what is more likely is that the scratches appeared during manufacture, transport etc which is why you should check it before you leave the shop.
