iPhone 3G didnt activate , after i restore it to 4.1 it says NO SERVES

Hi everyone

i just updated my 4.0 iphone to 4.1 and waiting for activate for more than week it just says it may need sometime , and when reboot it the iPhone search for the network and then No Serves , the problem is that iam in country with no oficial support from apple LIBYA , i bought my unloacked iphone from Dubai and now am using it in libya from more than 1 year , and update it several times and it didnt work

PLEASE I CANT USE MY IPHONE MORE THAN WEEK

I did but it didnt work + theres no uloack for 4.1 with 5.14 baseband

Was your phone factory unlocked or software unlocked? If it was software unlocked, you screwed yourself by updating to 4.1.
