Iphone 3g frozen

Can't restart it. Itunes can't see it.


Was testing out a 'torch/flashlight' app and it's frozen. I'm worried it will 'burn' the screen. I already have some rectangular pixels showing.

What do I do?

Have you held in the on\off button on the top, and the Home button at the same time for about 5 seconds. That should re boot it.

I tried all that to start with. It's just come back on by itself now and itunes can see it. 30 mins after it froze!!!

Luckily the screen seems ok and I'm currently removing the app as I'd not used it before.
