iPhone 3G Full Display Screen.

So I dropped by iPhone earlier today and I am having a bunch of wihte lines on the screen. The LCD is borked and during the process of opening the thing, the front glass also broke; so at this time, I need the iPhone 3G Display Assembly (LCD, Front Panel/Digitizer); but the item for it on iFixit is out of stock. Anyone know where else I could pick one of these up?

Can I get an LCD screen and a Front Panel/Digitizer, put them together, and have it be the same thing or is there something else needed?
