Hey everyone just wondering if this is "just me or for everyone else" thing
Upgraded to iOS4 this afternoon. Just had my first phone call for 20 minutes and had to hang up because the phone was getting too hot!

It's a 16gb black iphone 3g. stock everything (no jb) and service provider is rogers in canada

let me know if anyone else is having similar issues or if i should stop using my phone incase i get burned :(

oh ya forgot to mention this was not a problem on 3.1.3

Could be a number of things... But try turning it off and turning it back on a few mins later and see what happens. Could be an app that was running in the background draining your battery or something else

Maybe it was a one off thing. But a restart should close off any rogue apps that might be eating your battery and causing it to be hot.

You must have been talking to a hot, sexy lady!

Seriously, though. Did it have a case on it at the time? If so, try it without a case.
