Iphone 3G - Google Voice - Wifi only calls?

I'm jailbroken, and I was wondering if there was an app in Cydia that would allow me to use Google Voice on wifi only?

Also, bonus question, if it is a paid Cydia app, do I have to register a credit card or can I use Itunes cards (<---sounds like a dumb question after typing it, why/how could they even do that?)

Speaking of Google Voice, the official Google version app of Google Voice is free in App Store, just approved today.

I just figured that out. I tried it on wifi only earlier and it wouldn't even function but I tried it a minute ago on edge and it just called spoofing the number. Duh moment for me.
