Iphone 3G headphons changed colors in my jeans

So I noticed this morning, I had blue at the bottom of my headphones near the jack. Yestrday I had sat down on my iphone and I guess my jeans rubbed off on my headphones and turned it blue. Any tricks on how I can get this off. I tried licking my thum and rubbing it off but you can still see the stain.
