iPhone 3g help me!!!

my iPhone 3g receives texts either right away or an hour later and sometimes does not receive calls and then ten minutes later it will say 1 missed call from the caller.


can somebody help me resolve this issue?

This can be a carrier sort of issue.

I'd call your carrier and inquire before restoring or anything

Maybe it's your SIM? I was having problems receiving texts and it turned I went to ATT and got a new SIM and that solved the problem.

no but the screen has been replace if that helps anything

Not really related to the problem. Just go get a new sim and see if that fixes the problem. If not, describe the problem to your carrier and see if they will replace your phone.
